Meet your Innkeepers, Katherine and Joe Pacovsky

Joe grew up on a nearby farm. After a career in engineering he is pursuing his dream of farming. He grew a herd of organic Dexter cattle and Manjalista hogs. Joe is 100% Bohemian, thus the "Czech Inn."
Katherine has never lived in the country, but has acclimated well. She is now chief cook and bottle washer along with hostess, decorator, gardener, and farm assistant.
